Al Moscatel

Owner

I joined my dad in the family business over 40 years ago, and from the beginning, family and teamwork have been central to everything I do. I’ve always had a passion for entrepreneurship and a drive to grow strong, lasting businesses. As a former basketball player at the University of Washington, I’ve been part of teams my whole life and enjoy the challenge of working hard, competing, and achieving shared goals. In addition to my role at Urban Interiors, I’m also one of the owners of 13 Coins Restaurants, which has given me the opportunity to step into a new industry and keep learning. I value connection, collaboration, and embracing new challenges because there is always more to learn and ways to grow.

My own home is a layered, evolving sanctuary- always approved by my rescue pups, Tula and Indie. I believe true luxury is found in comfort and intention, and I’d love to help you bring that balance into your space.

Amy Lin

Design

I’m an interior designer with four years of experience and a passion for residential design. I enjoy helping clients bring their homes to life, whether it’s sourcing the perfect furniture, layering textures, or refining material palettes. I believe great design starts with listening, understanding how people live and what they love. I’m originally from Taiwan and came to Seattle for college, where I earned my Bachelor of Interior Design from Bellevue College. Outside of work, you’ll find me learning oil painting as a creative way to explore color and texture, which continues to inspire my design eye.

Arianna Moscatel

Marketing & Business Development

I grew up surrounded by furniture and design, pretending to be an interior designer with my mom’s paint swatches and playing hide and seek in the original Continental Furniture showroom. I joined Urban Interiors with a background in strategy, sales, and marketing, and a degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the Foster School of Business. I’m passionate about simplifying complex systems, building creative marketing strategies, and connecting with people in meaningful ways. Today, I work alongside my dad, Al Moscatel, and my uncle, Sam Moscatel, as part of the fourth generation helping grow and support our family business. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, Noah, hosting game nights with friends, and enjoying the outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Joy Undem

Merchandise Sales & Design

I have been designing floor plans since I was six years old. I am a NW Seattle native and I love to pull together homes that harmonize with our beautiful surroundings, both indoors and outside. I have over twenty-five years experience in serving customers in retail, full-home renovations and I specialize in paint color consultation. I am educated in Art and Architectural History, so I have a strong understanding of period appropriate pieces. My favorite part of being a designer is providing customers with quality pieces and accessories that make their home unique to them. Outside of work, you’ll find me cheering for the Seahawks, skiing in the winter, paddling in summer, eating oysters at Hood Canal, catching crab in Roche Harbor and gardening until the sun goes down.

Russell Worley

Merchandise Sales & Design

I have years of experience helping clients create functional, comfortable, and beautiful spaces. Before joining Urban Interiors, I had a successful career in the corporate world, with a background in executive consulting and project management. I hold a degree in mathematics from Elon University, but design has always been a passion. I’ve been designing spaces for family, friends, and neighbors for years. I actually wanted to go to design school, but my dad said no, so I pursued math and spent most of my career in medical software. Now, this is my “fun” job. I love the creative aspect of bringing a space to life and tailoring it to each client’s unique taste and needs. My travels around the world and exposure to different cultures have deeply influenced the way I approach design, adding layers of inspiration and perspective to everything I do.

Valentino Jordan

Merchandise Sales & Design

I’ve been in the furniture industry since 2020, working closely with clients to create spaces that reflect their style and support their lives. I’ve always had a strong sense of design, but what drives me most is the opportunity to make a real impact where it matters most- inside the home. I believe that helping someone shape their environment is one of the most meaningful services you can offer. Our homes are deeply connected to our mental well-being. They are where we recharge before stepping back into the world. Creating beautiful, functional spaces can be truly life-changing, and the heartfelt gratitude I’ve received from clients over the years continues to touch me deeply.
